What Does the following abdominal Ultrasound Indicate? 

i am an enginner working in uae. and i gain almost 20 kg last 2 year. i had pain in left abdomen so i went hospital and did ultrasound test. but doctor said right side has the problem. this is the test result. the liver shows moderate diffuse fatty infiltration. an illdefined hypoechoic area was seen in the right lobe of lover adjacent to the Gb which could be due to an area fatty sparing. the right kidney shows a mid pole calculus measuring approx 3.76mm. please suggest me what should i do to get away from this. suggest me some diet

Hi.

For the fatty changes in the liver, try and avoid all fatty, oily and fried food. Go on a vegetarian diet for about 2-3 months and exercise daily to lose weight.

As for the calculus, drink plenty of water. Keep an alarm every hour to remind you to drink water as long as your awake and with a little more help from your doctor, may be you will be able to go about flush therapy to wash down the stone by itself.
